What delivery company do you use?
We currently use UPS (Ground Service) and USPS. The total shipping costs vary depending on the order weight and destination. The shipping is calculated during the checkout process.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely, when we process your order we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check the delivery progress. The delivery usually takes 1-5 working days depending on the courier used and destination.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed by 10 am EST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 10 am EST will be dispatched the following working day.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery, so please ensure that somebody is at the shipping address. Alternatively, you can email us a special shipping instructions (if you wish to leave the package at your neighbour or left in a secure place at your own risk) and we can arrange that for you. Please note we will need to know these instructions as soon as you place your order with us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. If this option is not, alternatively, we can also accept direct bank transfers. If you would like to use other method of payment, please let email us to sales@detox-cleanse.com and we will do our best to help you get your product.

Is it safe to pay online?
With no doubt! Our processing partner is SagePay and this allows us to use the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure your details remain safe & confidential. SagePay are one of the most recognised and trusted payment processors that exist today and because your credit/debit card details are encrypted nobody can see your card details.

I still prefer to order via phone, is it possible ?
Sure, no problem. Please call us toll free 1-800-578-0174 anytime from 6 am to 12.30 pm EST Monday to Friday or alternatively leave a clear message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?
We protect your consumer rights to cancel an order and obtain an immediate refund in the case that the products have not been posted or have been posted but not opened/used. Should the product be faulty in any way you will be asked to return it in its original packaging and a refund will be given. A return postage cost for faulty products will be refunded otherwise the customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the product.
