How does it work ? |
| The G5 liquid may help our bodies remain flexible, resilient and have more energy. It can also be used to for its reaffirming action on the skin. The G5 supports the cell by ensuring that the cell is rejuvenated and has the ability to repair damage and fight off invasion. |
The liquid can be drunk as well as used on the skin. The 1 litre bottle lasts for three years unopened, and one year after opening. |
| 1. Oral Use (Preventative) | Take one tablespoon (10 ml) of G5 Organic Silica Liquid first thing in the morning for one month. You should notice an improvement within 2 - 4 days, maybe a week such as sleep patterns, appetite, and state of nerves. It is recommended to stop the treatment after a month, but if necessary start again. Swirl the silica around the mouth for a minute before swallowing so it has chance to mix with saliva. If you are on medication, it is best to take the G5 one hour before or after the medication. |
| 1.2 Oral Use (For most conditions) | It is recommended to take G5 Organic Silica for up to six months starting with a larger dose as the body has probably been starved of it. First week take 20 ml twice a day, and then increase to 30 ml twice a day for the next two weeks. (Use the cap on top of the bottle for measurements). If you feel any better, reduce the dose to 10 ml a day. Thereafter the average total intake is 30 ml a day, taken as 10 ml in the morning, 10 ml at lunch and 10 ml in the evening all before meals, or you can take it 15 ml morning and evening. It can be reduced if you feel ok and want to. |
| 2. Compresses | Moisten a piece of gauze or cotton wool with the liquid and apply over the area and cover it with a piece of plastic secured all round with sticking plaster. The compress should be left in place for 6-8 hours, for instance at night. |
| 3. Poultices | Moisten a piece of gauze or cotton wool and apply it to the skin for about 10 minutes and then remove the poultice and let the skin dry in the open air. Occasionally the skin reacts with redness or itching; use the compresses instead. |
